4a. SMS Messaging

Cura Resource Group (“Cura Group”) uses RingCentral to send and receive SMS text messages with customers. SMS may be used to share important updates, confirm appointments, or respond to your inquiries.

• Information we collect: Your mobile phone number and the content of the SMS messages exchanged.
• How we use it: We use SMS only for business-related communication and to provide you with the services you request.
• How it’s stored: All SMS messages are processed and stored securely through RingCentral’s encrypted systems.
• Opting out: You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying “STOP” to a message or by contacting us directly.

Cura Group does not sell or share your phone number or SMS message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
